“I suspect no one. And I suspect everyone!”
Anytime I’m watching an old Sherlock Holmes or Charlie Chan film with my kids, and when either detective issues that line, my kids get really confused. “How can he suspect no one and everyone at the same time?” they ask. I keep trying to explain it to them. I’m still not sure they get it.
